Who invented the bakery?
For the well-being of his soldiers, who often needed temporary and immediate bread and stew while traveling, it was necessary for every city they reached to have bakers who could prepare enough bread for the soldiers to eat and enough food to feed the bread cutters.
> But the problem was that the required flour was procured from different cities and these flours were mixed together to prepare bread that does not fall apart in the oven and cooks well. It was difficult even by master bakers. So Shah Abbas sought a solution and asked "Sheikh Baha'i" who was one of the scientists of the time to solve this problem. So Sheikh Baha'i also invented a stone oven. He ordered that instead of making the oven vertically, a stone oven should be made horizontally and flat, and the bottom should be covered with pebbles, and the bread dough should be placed on the hot stones with a paddle so that the bread is cooked in the best way without it falling and falling.
This innovation was designed and implemented so carefully and carefully that after several hundred years, Sangak bread is still cooked in the same original way, and it is the most popular bread. It is Iranian.
